Terms of Service
These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (“the Client”) and L & T Cleaning (“we”, “our”, or “us”) for professional cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Estimates & Payments
Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash or card. Tips are optional and appreciated.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
To maintain efficiency and fairness for all clients:
- To cancel or leave our recurring schedule, we require a 30-day advance notice.
- For single cleaning cancellations, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations with less notice may incur a $75 late cancellation fee.
3. Access & Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing property access at the scheduled time. If our team cannot enter, the visit will be treated as a late cancellation. L & T Cleaning handles all properties with care and respect. Any damage or concern must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If any area of your home does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We’ll promptly return to make it right — at no extra cost.
5. Liability & Safety
Our team is fully insured and trained. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable items, or faulty surfaces. For safety reasons, we cannot move heavy furniture or climb above step-stool height.
6. Service Area
We operate as a service-area business from Norwood, MA, and do not accept walk-ins at our registered address.
